Connect Stripe to get paid

ServBuilder uses Stripe to take card and bank payments on your invoices. Payouts go to the bank account you add in Stripe. Online payments are on the Professional plan and above.

Before you start

You need your business legal name, EIN or SSN, and a bank account and routing number. Stripe collects those details during its onboarding.

Steps

1. In ServBuilder, go to Settings, then Payments.
2. Choose Connect Stripe and finish Stripe Connect onboarding. Enter the business legal name, EIN or SSN, and the bank account and routing number Stripe asks for.
3. Return to ServBuilder. Settings, then Payments, shows the status Stripe reports.

If your status stays Pending

Open Stripe again from Settings, then Payments, and complete whatever Stripe still asks for. The payments feature page says funds are deposited in 1 to 2 business days after a payment. That line is about payout timing, not about how long Stripe takes to verify a new account.
