Why Join the Beta?

Get Early Access to Every Feature

Beta members unlock ServBuilder the moment they are accepted — scheduling, dispatching, AI-assisted quoting, mobile app, GPS tracking, customer portal, and invoicing. Some messaging features may be capped during the complimentary beta. You get the core platform on day one so you can evaluate what actually matters for your business.

Shape the Product With Your Feedback

We build based on what real operators need, not what looks good on a roadmap. As a beta member your feedback goes directly to the product team. Feature requests, workflow friction, missing integrations — if it matters to running your business, we want to hear it. Early feedback goes straight into the sprint, not onto a wishlist.

Lock In Exclusive Beta Pricing

During the free beta the platform is complimentary for your org — not a permanent $0 plan, and no card is required to start. After beta, founding members keep a founding rate of $49/mo Starter and $99/mo Professional while they remain continuous customers. Public list is $79/mo and $199/mo. That founding rate is locked in; it is not free forever.

A Direct Line to the Engineering Team

Beta members get access to a private Slack channel shared directly with ServBuilder engineers and product managers. Have a bug? Post it and get a response the same day. Want to see a specific integration? Tell us and we will add it to the sprint. This level of access ends when we exit beta, so now is the time to have real influence over the product you will use every day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the beta free to use?
During the free beta, accepted organizations use the platform complimentary — this is org complimentary access, not a permanent $0 plan. There are no subscription fees and no credit card required to start. Onboarding is included at no cost — a member of our team will help you set up your account, import your customer list, and configure your workflows so you can start getting value on day one.
How long does the beta last?
The beta has an 8-week floor and continues until we meet our comfort-exit criteria — we will not charge on a calendar date alone. We give at least 30 days' notice before the first charge and collect a card at that notice window, so there are no surprise charges and you have time to decide whether ServBuilder is the right fit.
What happens when the beta ends?
When we exit beta, participating businesses are offered a paid plan at the founding rate — $49/mo Starter or $99/mo Professional — while they remain continuous customers. That is a founding rate, not free forever. Public list is $79/mo and $199/mo. Your account and data carry over. If you decide not to continue, you can export everything in standard formats before access ends.
