Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
• Referring website or source
• Device identifiers

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our platform
• Process your account registration and manage your subscription

We share your information only with the following categories of service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

On our website, Statsig starts about 30 seconds after the page loads, and only once our cookie tool, Usercentrics, reports that analytics is allowed. In places where the law lets us rely on opt-out, such as most of the United States, analytics is on by default, so that report usually happens without an extra click unless you opt out. In places that require opt-in, such as the EEA and UK, it starts only after you explicitly accept analytics. Once running, it receives a random browser ID, your device and browser type, your IP address (used for approximate location), and which pages and features you saw. If you opt out of analytics, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Statsig stops and we clear that browser ID. That browser ID lets us connect a website visit to a later ServBuilder app signup. In the app, Statsig receives your account ID, organization ID and role, but not your name or email.

HeyCatch follows the same rule as Statsig. It starts about 30 seconds after the page loads, and only once Usercentrics reports that analytics is allowed. That is the default for visitors in opt-out regions such as most of the United States, and it starts only after an explicit accept in opt-in regions. It stops if you opt out of analytics or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Text messaging is not active during the beta. We do not send text messages today. A phone number you give us is not consent to text. Twilio is listed because we may use it if text messaging launches. We will send texts only after you opt in separately. That opt-in will say that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may also disclose your information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ServBuilder, our users, or the public.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data and improve our services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure hosting infrastructure, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. When you close your account, we turn off access right away. We then delete or anonymize your personal information, except for records we have to keep for tax, legal, accounting or security reasons, such as invoices and payment records. During our beta we handle deletion with our team. Email privacy@servbuilder.com. We will confirm by email when it is done. We aim to finish within 90 days of your request. If privacy law gives you a shorter time, that shorter time controls.

Analytics data is kept in a form that is not linked to your name or email. Some analytics tools keep an account or organization ID, which we remove or de-identify when your account is deleted.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
