Why Join the Beta?
Get Early Access to Every Feature
Beta members unlock the full ServBuilder platform the moment it goes live — scheduling, dispatching, AI-assisted quoting, mobile app, GPS tracking, customer portal, and invoicing. No waiting lists, no staggered rollouts. You get it all on day one so you can evaluate what actually matters for your business.
Shape the Product With Your Feedback
We build based on what real operators need, not what looks good on a roadmap. As a beta member your feedback goes directly to the product team. Feature requests, workflow friction, missing integrations — if it matters to running your business, we want to hear it. Beta members have already influenced the scheduling board layout, the mobile technician app, and the quoting flow.
Lock In Exclusive Beta Pricing
Beta participants receive a founding-member rate that is grandfathered in for the lifetime of their account. When ServBuilder launches publicly, pricing will increase to reflect the full value of the platform. Joining now is the only way to secure the lowest rate we will ever offer — and it stays with you as long as you remain a customer.
A Direct Line to the Engineering Team
Beta members get access to a private Slack channel shared directly with ServBuilder engineers and product managers. Have a bug? Post it and get a response the same day. Want to see a specific integration? Tell us and we will add it to the sprint. This level of access ends when we exit beta, so now is the time to have real influence over the product you will use every day.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the beta free to use?
- Yes. The ServBuilder beta is completely free for all participants. There are no subscription fees, no credit card required, and no hidden charges during the beta period. Onboarding is also included at no cost — a member of our team will personally help you set up your account, import your customer list, and configure your service workflows so you can start getting value on day one.
- How long does the beta last?
- The beta program runs until we reach full public launch, which we are targeting for later this year. In practice this means you will have several months of free access to the complete platform. We will give beta members at least 30 days advance notice before any transition to paid plans, so there are no surprise charges and you have plenty of time to decide whether ServBuilder is the right fit for your business.
- What happens when the beta ends?
- When ServBuilder exits beta, all participating businesses will be offered a paid plan at the exclusive founding-member rate — locked in permanently. Your account, data, customer records, job history, and settings carry over seamlessly. If you decide not to continue, you can export all of your data in standard formats before your access ends. We never hold your business data hostage.
