Delete your ServBuilder account

Request deletion by email

Send a request from the email address on your account. Include your company name so we find the right account. We reply by email as quickly as we can during US Central business hours. We confirm by email when your account is deleted.

Delete it in the app

• Business owners and team members: More > Settings > Account & security > Delete account.
• Clients: Profile > Delete account.

If your business hasn't turned on self-serve deletion yet, the app tells you so. Email us instead and we'll handle it.

If you own a business account

Deleting your own login does not close your company's ServBuilder account or plan. To close the business account and stop billing too, email us and we'll do both together.

What we delete and what we keep

• Your access ends right away.
• We delete or anonymize your personal information: your profile (name, email and phone number), job history and messages.
• We keep records we're required to keep for tax, legal, accounting or security reasons, such as invoices and payment records.
• Analytics data that could identify your account is removed or de-identified.
• We aim to finish within 90 days of your request.
