Software for people who work with their hands
We build software that helps service businesses run better — from first call to final invoice.
Our Origin
Started in a service van, built for service pros
In 2021, our founder sat in a service van frustrated by clunky software that wasn't built for field work. Scheduling tools that crashed mid-job. Invoicing that required a laptop. Customer data spread across three different apps.
He built ServBuilder to be the platform he wished existed: simple enough for any technician to learn in 15 minutes, capable enough to run a multi-million dollar operation. The problem wasn't a shortage of software — it was a shortage of software that actually worked the way service businesses do. Enterprise tools were built for corporate IT teams. Lightweight apps fell apart under real workloads. Field service pros were stuck in the middle, stitching together spreadsheets, consumer apps, and paper forms to do what one purpose-built platform should handle end to end.
Our mission is simple: give every service business — from a two-person plumbing team to a 50-technician HVAC company — the same operational clarity that Fortune 500 companies pay millions for. We believe the tradespeople who fix our pipes, service our systems, and care for our homes deserve tools that respect their expertise and make their workday easier, not harder.

How We Work
Our approach
We listen to field service owners first
Every feature request, every complaint, and every "why can't this just work?" moment gets logged and reviewed by our product team. We hold regular calls with active operators — HVAC owners, pest control managers, cleaning company founders — before writing a single line of code. That's why ServBuilder solves real problems instead of hypothetical ones. The people using the software shape the software.
We build for mobile-first teams
Most field service software was built for a desktop and then retrofitted for mobile — and it shows. ServBuilder was designed for the phone first, the tablet second, and the browser third. That means fast load times in weak signal areas, offline-capable job management, and interfaces that work with work gloves on. Your technicians aren't sitting at desks, and their software shouldn't assume they are.
We measure success by your growth
We don't measure success by how many features we ship or how many press mentions we collect. We measure it by whether our customers are closing more jobs, collecting payments faster, and spending fewer hours on admin each week. When a ServBuilder customer grows from 3 technicians to 15, that's our win. When a business owner tells us they finally feel in control of their schedule, that's why we built this.
What we believe
Built by Tradespeople
Every feature is designed with input from actual service pros. If it doesn't work in the field, it doesn't ship.
Simple Over Complex
Capable doesn't mean complicated. If a new tech can't learn it in 15 minutes, we rethink it.
Customers First
Real humans answer the phone. We're successful only when our customers' businesses grow.
