Who We Are¶
We’re a small team of builders, operators, and service industry allies building Service Builder: a new SaaS platform designed from the ground up for field service teams that want to work smarter, not harder.
Our mission? To give service businesses the kind of software they deserve, fast, modern, and designed to actually reduce busywork.
The Problem We Saw¶
We kept hearing the same story from lawn care pros, HVAC owners, cleaners, and mobile technicians:
“We tried Jobber but ended up paying for 80 features we don’t use and the mobile app was awful.”
The tools out there either:
- Feel too basic and manual (scheduling boards with zero automation),
- Are too bloated or expensive for small teams,
- Or were built for office teams, not technicians in the field.
Service teams deserve software that’s mobile-first, modular, and made for them — not retrofitted enterprise tools.
We believe service businesses — the folks fixing your AC, keeping your lawn healthy, or cleaning your rentals — are underserved by tech.
The tools that should help them are often:
- A pain to learn,
- Missing modern automations,
- Or worse — they trap your data or charge you for every extra user.
We thought:
What if we built something that had the power of enterprise software, but with the simplicity and friendliness of a consumer app?
That’s what we’re building with Service Builder.
What’s Coming (and What’s Different)¶
We’re launching in early 2026, but here’s what makes Service Builder different:
- Built for mobile crews – Think offline access, lightning-fast job check-ins, and real-time scheduling that doesn’t feel like a spreadsheet from 2004.
- Modular features, not bloatware – Choose only what you need: quoting, dispatch, chat, time tracking, customer portals, and more.
- AI Assistants baked in – Auto-fill quotes, flag late crews, suggest rescheduling options, and follow up with customers — without lifting a finger.
- Unified communication – Say goodbye to juggling phone calls, texts, and emails. Our built-in messaging brings it all into one thread.
What’s Next¶
We’re not launching just yet, because we’re building this with care, testing with early teams, and listening first.
But we are opening our doors to early adopters, feedback partners, and service pros who want a voice in what comes next.
